We are so blessed to have found Willie and Anna on Yelp. We had registered on a real estate website to search for an agent for our home sale, but what we got was a bunch of calls from agents who didn’t really seem to care about our needs, they just wanted to list our house. Willie meet with us first at his office and walked us through the entire selling process and really listened to our needs. Our sale was a bit complicated, but the Garcia team handled all aspects of our situation. Thank you Garcia Team for helping us and our parents!!

Thank you Willie and Anna for helping our parents with the sale of their home. We found the Garcia team on Yelp. We had many fears starting this process as we had a ton of questions and we needed a lot of guidance. We interviewed several agents and Willie was the only agent who recommended that we complete a few projects around the house that would help my parents get more money on the sale of their home. While this did take a little longer, it was all well worth it in the end. We appreciated all of Willie’s knowledge and honesty. We want to thank Willie and Anna For helping my parents with the sale of their home. Our parents are older and were in need of a Spanish speaking agent with a lot of patience. My parents house had never been remodeled and was in need of many repairs. I interviewed 2 other agents before meeting the Garcia team, those agents were trying to convince us to sell the property in the poor shape it was. When we met with Willie he suggested we take on a few projects to spruce the house up, he coordinated the roofers, the painters and the remodel of one bathroom.
